Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal Yoga is a relaxed and fun class nurturing the body and mind, aiding the postnatal recovery of the mother.  While classes are aimed to nurture the mother, they are also fun for the babies, including songs, baby massage and baby Yoga.

  Postnatal Yoga helps to
  • strengthen and tone the pelvic floor
  • release muscle tension 
  • improve posture
  • bond with your baby
  • calm the mind
  • and much more!!

Lessons take place in the comfort of your own home, or if you have a group of friends with babies a hall can be arranged.
