Yoga helps to combat the stresses and strains of modern life and provides an opportunity to develop positive ways of dealing with stress and overload. This workshop will include a 1.5 hour gentle yoga practice in the morning, followed by an introduction to mindfulness which will put us into a space ready to go walking. The walk will be approximately 4 miles long and we will be in silence for a short period so that you can experience mindfulness more fully. We will also pause within the walk so that we can take in the scenery, eat our lunch and notice our breath. |
